Julie Binny

Julie was born in Cornwall and joined Preston Goldburn in the late 1980s when she returned to Cornwall after working for a London West End firm of solicitors.

Julie became a partner in 2012 specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury. She is a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executive. Julie encourages the use of rehabilitation to help injured clients rebuild their lives and the use of mediation in clinical negligence and personal injury claims.

Julie Hatton is an accredited specialist with the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme.

Julie takes full advantage of the beautiful Cornish scenery walking the coastal paths and exploring the local countryside.

Julie is the firm’s Compliance for Legal Practice Officer (COLP) and Risk Manager.
