Residential Conveyancer

Jane is a Chartered Legal Executive and has recently joined the firm as Head of the Residential Conveyancing Department. She has worked in conveyancing in the County for over 15 years and has a wealth of local knowledge.

Jane deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, re-mortgages, shared ownership schemes, equity release schemes and transfers of equity.

Jane’s aim is to minimise the stress caused by a house move by keeping clients informed at all stages.

In her spare time Jane enjoys mountain biking, walking and eating out.
