Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury Lawyer
In the early 1980′s Tim joined Henry Preston to set up Preston Goldburn and he has been a Claimant’s solicitor specialising in clinical negligence claims for over 20 years. Tim is a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Panel and the AvMA lawyers panel. Tim lectures other lawyers around the country on hospital acquired infections. Tim is a Past President of the Cornwall Law Society (2010 – 2011). In his spare time Tim enjoys diving and is a Dive Supervisor for Falmouth Dive Club and can be found exploring wrecks from the Lizard to Dodman point. He is also the RNLI Sea Safety adviser attached to Falmouth Lifeboat Station and gives free safety advice to small boat owners and fellow divers.
