Led by Tim Goldburn, the Clinical Negligence team consisting of Julie Binny and Sharon Parsons offers advice on a wide range of health related claims. The team is dedicated to supporting victims of medical accidents and we aim to provide a high quality, efficient and expert service in a friendly and approachable style. Our team has a wealth of experience with members of both the Law Society and AvMA specialist accreditation clinical negligence panels.

We can provide a variety of funding methods and initial enquiries are free of charge. If you are eligible, we can offer Public Funding (Legal Aid) from the Legal Services Commission.

We can provide advice and help on all areas of clinical negligence including cerebral palsy birth injury claims, mistakes during surgery, anaesthetic awareness, GP or Hospital negligence, cosmetic surgery, misdiagnosis or late diagnosis of conditions and Inquests.  We can also help if you want to complain about your treatment.
